Harvest Awards 2008: 42 million hectoliters

The first estimates of harvest for the 2008 season suggest that the harvest will be 5.5% higher than last season and collected approximately 42 million hl, compared to 39.8 million hectoliters in 2007. But right now, how is the field? Overall, the English growers say this year's harvest has been delayed by at least 15 days on the previous year, all due to abundant spring rains, which resulted in a focus of mildew and powdery mildew and a high percentage of shift in the plant, because it was in time of curd. All this combined with low summer temperatures result in the bunch this maturing at a slower pace than usual. Most technicians polled by MVD say this year has been abnormal, but still the quality of the grapes will be higher than 2007. More

Chest Pain And Left Arm Numbness And Dizziness

glarea'05 already

has not been easy, but Glarea '04, the first vintage, and has continuity. This is Glarea '05 crianza, a wine that September has been on the streets after many months of care and analysis before being bottled. A wine which still dominates the Tempranillo, 90% attendance, and who has joined us as a grape as Grenache is. Glarea '05 represents the evolution of his older brother, with the combination of oak American and French in his upbringing, supported by regular racking and avoiding the use of cold stabilization. True to his image, the Rioja firm again rely on the black bottle, with a predominance of the five characteristic red spots on the black label and the capsule.
A different wine, limited edition.

half delay in the maturation of the grapes

A slight delay in the maturation of grapes ranging from one week to ten days depending on the zones, a prominent irregularity in production (with marked differences even in places very close) and a perfect state of health of vid.
This is the diagnosis of the Rioja vineyards of today and, according to the valuation at the foot of strain consulted growers, announced a very good campaign that some claim even as excellent.
The end result is at the expense of how they behave in the sky now and the end of the month. And, to keep the weather as far-heat during the day and cool night-harvest parameters remain favorable. More
